Return Process

  Prepare for Collection

  Ensure the item is in its original, unassembled condition and securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once approved, our logistics partner will contact you to arrange a convenient time to collect the items from your residence.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5 to 7 business days, minus applicable restocking fees.
